At b-art, we believe that art has the power to transform communities. That is why we are thrilled to host the upcoming Maryvale High School Skateboard Show, in partnership with, local non-profit, Art One Foundation.
For years, Art One Foundation has shared a special bond with Maryvale High School, a Title 1 school that is the cornerstone of diversity and talent in West Phoenix. Chad Knapp, instructional lead for Maryvale’s Art Department, guides students through an annual skateboard art project which empowers them to express themselves in ways a traditional sketchbook never could.
From March 16th to the 27th, our gallery will feature custom-designed skateboard decks and original works from the talented students at Maryvale High School.

This isn't just an exhibition; it’s a mission. Our goal is to help Art One Foundation raise $3,000 to fund next year’s supply of decks, grip tape, and paint for these students.
