The Holocaust Reunion Project

This is a special presentation with Jennifer Mendelsohn and Dr. Adina Newman, co-founders and lead genealogists of the nonprofit Holocaust Reunion Project. They specialize in solving complex cases, such as hidden children and unknown parentage and distribute free DNA tests to the survivor community. They have orchestrated truly remarkable success stories: they identified the unknown biological father of a child survivor of Theresienstadt concentration camp and reunited an 83-year-old hidden child both with her birth family and the family of her rescuer, among many others. They also raise awareness of the potential of testing to reconnect separated family members.
